Enjoy a day of creativity within the Hampshire Countryside, based here at the beautiful setting of Chawton House.
Do you know how to use your camera? Don’t worry as our in house Photographer, Claire Lewis, is here to help. Claire will guide and support you to take your photography to the next level. Don’t worry about what type of camera you have, its all about enjoying the craft of capturing images. Claire can work most cameras, her favourite being Canon. All levels are invited to join, tasks will be set for each level, so from beginner to advanced we have something for you all.
The workshop is in the beautiful setting of the gardens at Chawton House so you can absorb the atmosphere and get up close to nature.
The day will run with a prompt start at 10am and finish at 1pm, when you are welcome to have lunch and explore the grounds.
£45 per person (includes 20% discount on lunch from the Old Kitchen takeaway service, simply show your workshop booking when placing your order).
- The group size will be set to a maximum of 6 people to allow for social distancing.
- If it rains, the workshop will move inside the house.
- You will use your own equipment and we will provide wipes and hand sanitiser so that Claire can help you if she needs to.
- The house and outside toilets will be open for your use.
About the host
Claire Lewis is a commercial photographer with published work stemming over the last 10 years. Having lived all over the world, she has a diverse portfolio and has covered many genres. Taught the old school way of film back in her college days gave her a good base to grow easily into the digital age. Working with creatives is her passion, telling the story not just an image. Claire started teaching 6 years ago to share her love of photography.
