Returns and cancellations

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with products purchased from the shop, we will refund the value of the goods supplied.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

To cancel your order, please e-mail us at with your order number. A refund will be issued once we have received the item.

The purchase price of the item will be refunded. Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any postage costs incurred (unless the order is faulty or incorrect).

Faulty goods

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or incorrect, we will refund the postage costs. To return an item, please email within 28 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns from outside the UK

International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU. If you are returning anything to us from outside the UK you must complete a customs declaration, correctly indicating that the package contains “returned goods” or similar. We will not pay customs duty in order to receive back the returned item(s).


Discounts and voucher codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Exchange rates

All payments and refunds are made in pound sterling and we are not responsible for fluctuations in foreign exchange rates.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are not refundable.
