Chawton House, the Alton Cardiac Rehab Unit and the Alton Running Club are running a ‘Health and Wellbeing’ charity event at Dyers Barn, Chawton on Sunday 8th October between 10:30am and 2:30pm to raise money for the Chawton House 20th Anniversary and Cardiac Rehab Unit.

If you would like to purchase a ticket for the 10k run at 11:45am, this will be £15 and can be purchased from the Alton Running Club website. This will include a medal and free entry to Chawton House Gardens

2k Fancy Dress run, 11am start – free entry, no registration needed! Family friendly, however, the minimum age required will be 4 years. 

Wellbeing Walk, 12 noon – 1 hour walk around the beautiful Chawton House Parkland 

 

Spectators are welcome to watch for free, there will be a Reduced Price Entry Ticket to The Gardens at Chawton House if you wish to extend your day further.

If you are parking your car for the event, there will be parking available and will be £5 per car, the driver will be eligible for a free tea/coffee at the event.

This event will be for families, solo runners or locals to enjoy the number of stalls around the grounds and to support the event! There will be a refreshments table and a food stall to purchase some food and drink, also many garden games for the kids to play with throughout the day to keep them busy and a second-hand book shop for all of the book fanatics!
