Follow the story of a Georgian night out from getting ready and choosing what to wear, to travelling after dark and enjoying the evening’s entertainments.
Along the way, explore historic costume and accessories alongside rare books, manuscripts, prints and artworks revealing the preparations, pleasures and social expectations that surrounded an evening out over two hundred years ago.
