Friday 1st May 2026
Venue: Chawton House
Friday 1st May, 11am – 1pm, Cross Room.

Join our Monthly Patchwork and Stitched Textiles Club, running for five sessions alongside our exhibition HomeMade Histories: Letters, Art & Embroidery.

Join local textile expert Linda Tindell for our monthly patchwork and stitched textiles club! This will be five session happening every first Friday of the month, from May to September, the first session being on the 1st May.
This club is for anyone who has started their patchwork and textiles journey recently, or has been doing it for years. You are welcome to bring along ongoing projects or start something new to complete over the 5 sessions. It is a great opportunity to meet new creatives working in the same discipline as you, and bounce ideas off of each other.
There will be some equipment and materials provided, but it is recommended to bring anything you need for your project with you. The club will take place in the Cross Room.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided during each meeting.
You are able to book session by session at a cost of £10 each time, or alternatively you can book a season ticket for £40, granting you a discount and payment for all 5 monthly patchwork club sessions.
Please only purchase a season ticket if you intend on coming to all 5 sessions.
If you would prefer to book the sessions separately, head to our What’s On page and find the other monthly patchwork club posts.
Tickets: £10 per session, or £40 for a season ticket which covers all 5 sessions.
