About the teacher: Zoë Stone

After having her 2nd daughter, Zoë started practicing yoga as a gentle way to return to exercise..From this point, her love for yoga began when finding so much more than physical postures (asanas) on her mat.

During Zoë’s classes you will find space for conscious breathing (pranayama), time to explore postures (asana), meditation (dhyana) and relaxation techniques with words of encouragement to be in the present moment.
