Come and join the fun with Hampshire Hawk Walks and friends at Chawton House
Join our friends at Hampshire Hawk Walks for a discovery of the world of birds of prey at Chawton House. This event promises a unique blend of education and entertainment, perfect for a summer holiday activity that you won’t want to miss.
Meet a variety of fascinating owls including the majestic Indian Eagle owl – “Mumbles”, a charming little owl – Ozzy, the wise Tawny owl – Rowan and magnificent Great Grey owl – George, and of course not forgetting the Barn owls, Wilfred and Gwenivere.
We will also have Kestrels, a Harris Hawk and a Buzzard for you to meet.
Explore native species with Connie from Wild About Britain, who will showcase reptiles, amphibians, native rodents, and some incredible birds of prey. Don’t miss the chance to see a hedgehog up close!
Opportunities to hold birds will be available for a small charge, providing a hands-on experience unlike any other.
