Start your journey with a special viewing in the Library led by Chief Executive Katie Childs, who will guide you through the rich collection of botanical works by women, focusing on their depictions of roses. Explore the remarkable stories behind the books and enjoy their beautiful illustrations.

After the library talk, Head Gardener Julia Weaver will lead you on a tour through our fragrant rose garden. Discover the diverse array of rose varieties, learn about their cultivation, and gain valuable gardening tips from our expert.

Immerse yourself in the world of roses, where literature and horticulture intertwine.

Please note that the talk in the Rose Garden will take roughly 40 minutes and will involve steps and steep slopes outside.
