Jane Austen’s

EMMA

Adapted for the stage by Tim Luscombe

Award-winning CCADS Theatre culminate their vibrant open-air theatre tour of Jane Austen’s joyous romantic comedy, EMMA, in the village where this timeless novel was written and outside the very house that supposedly served as inspiration for Mr Knightley’s Donwell Abbey.

Miss Emma Woodhouse amuses herself by matchmaking and meddling in the romantic lives of those closest to her. As she navigates her way through the challenges of growing up, friendship strife, mistaken identity and misguided matches, will she recognise the love that has been there all along and earn her very own ‘happily ever after’ … ?
