Join local artist Julia Morgan for a creative afternoon painting our Gardens at the height of Summer.
Inspired by Chawton House’s stunning Walled Garden, you will learn how to capture the colours of the beautiful plants and flowers on a contrasting watercolour wash background, using easy and effective paint techniques.
Join Julia in a walk around our picturesque gardens before she demonstrates how to create interesting backgrounds for your work. Relax in peaceful and natural surroundings, with Julia on hand to assist you as you create your Summer Gardens watercolour.
Tickets: £45 per person, includes all materials, equipment and a cream tea. Please note that this does not include entry should you wish to tour the House before the workshop.
