Capture the magic of Autumn with a fun watercolour workshop, led by local artist Julia Morgan.
During this creative workshop, you will learn a variety of painting techniques whilst developing your own painting style.
Following demonstrations by Julia on how to create the perfect Autumn sunlight and how to paint glowing foliage, you will start painting your chosen subject, with a focus on capturing the essence of Autumn.
This workshop is suitable for beginners.
£65 per person, includes all materials and your choice of a savoury or sweet cream tea.
About Julia Morgan
Julia Morgan is a local artist with many years experience painting in watercolours, oils and acrylics. Her inspiration comes from a love of the English countryside and delight in capturing the richness of the changing seasons.
Early in her career, Julia exhibited in galleries in Scotland, London and Hampshire and many of her wildflower illustrations have been published as greetings cards by The Medici Society, Lings Cards and others.
Currently Julia designs bespoke greetings cards for Chawton House and Gilbert White’s House in Selbourne. She also periodically runs local art classes, teaching watercolours and acrylics.
